서비스 이용약관

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between routinecrew (hereinafter "the Company") and its users in relation to the use of the authentication and business service platform (hereinafter "the Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the multi-tenant SaaS authentication platform and related services provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
• "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user account.
• "Tenant" refers to an organizational unit that is provided with an independent environment within the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
3. When the Terms are amended, the Company shall post the changes in the Service announcements.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Multi-tenant authentication service (email, social login)
• Business service marketplace (newsletter, e-commerce, social marketing)
• API and developer tools
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Misappropriation of others' information
• Alteration of information posted by the Company
• Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Actions that interfere with the stable operation of the Service
• Other illegal or unfair actions

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall be exempt from liability for service provision when it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
